How to handle Special Characters While Parsing String to XML


I was facing an issue with parsing of International Characters in XML string data.
For Parsing International Characters in XML string data if we use "ora:parseXML()" inspite of "ora:parseEscapedXML()" function for parsing the XML String, the issue got resolved.
